Bad
September 11, 2018Please do not move here...there are big raccoons and rats. The maintenance is not kept up to date and they do not fix anything in your apartment. Save you money and run far. The electrical system is not up to date and expect to see regular power surges. The parking is horrible and they do not call you back or make sure things are running properly.Review from Apartments.com
Dirty and disgusting
August 16, 2017You do NOT wanna live here... the place is a DUMP..literally!! It desperately needs a paint job, roaches everywhere and not to mention there is garbage EVERYWHERE!! The tenants are loud and ghetto, not to mention the fact that we had our van broken into (well they now have security in the nights) The place is just dirty and nasty... it needs MAJOR upgrade. They should consider repairs, add a gate to the entrance.. reopen the back GATE!!!Review from Apartments.com
Just horrible
March 30, 2016Stay as far away as possible. The trash overflows regularly and is shattered around the property. The electrical system is not up to date and expect to see regular power surges. The parking is horrible. I get blocked in at least twice a week. The lady that manages the property is virtually nonexistent. And dose not return calls.
