Eli is Phenomenal!!!

So we moved in here in January. The old management was apparently not great, so we were a little nervous. But it seems a new guy, Eli has taken over and we are very impressed.
I swear I messaged him at 11pm about something and he was on it, he didn't even wait overnight, and it wasn't that urgent. Having him in the building, I also feel safer. It's my first time living with roommates outside of home, and as a young female in a new city that can be daunting. I like my neighbors too! Really cute ...
vibe with a courtyard in the center of the apartments that creates a social atmosphere.
The pool just got cleaned too, so when they weather gets warmer I can't wait to use that.
Location wise: awesome. Close to everything I need to be close to. There are some really cute small businesses in the area, like Diddy Riese for amazing ice-cream sandwhiches, and there's a few Hookah bars full of old men playing backgammon if that's your thing, I know it's mine. Also, there's an in-and-out really close, which is good sometimes for 2am drunken munchies.
View: Mountains, sea. I breathe in the sea air every morning on my balcony and get the distinct feeling that life is good!
Size: Spacious, plenty of room for a lounge suit and a dining area in the main room, and the bedrooms comfortably fit 2 beds in each if you are looking to share.
