Good location, Old building
July 28, 2015I've really loved living here! Rent is decent, it's so close to downtown so there's always something to do. A stones throw from the Farmers Market every Thursday. The apartment is pretty cute in a vintage way. The downsides - it IS an old building so it has very thin walls. You can hear people talking in the hallway or if anyone comes home. Everyone is really quiet who lives here so you really can't have more than maybe four or five people over without feeling anxious that you're making a bunch ...of noise. They've been repairing a lot of stuff to make the building look nice, but the outside is still kind of run down. NO AC and it's like an oven in the summer. They've increased my rent twice in the last year. Too small for two people, but perfect for one. Plumbing has been an issue recently. All in all, pretty good place to to live if you have an appreciation for an older building. I've enjoyed living here for a few years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
