  • STAY AWAY BAD AND CHEAP MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!

    DONT THINK OF MOVING HERE!! Building is in shambles. Cracks everywhere, roaches everywhere that are not under control. Trash chutes piled up and clogged. Management keeps changing. No manager on property. Marijuana use everywhere, smoke smells in the elevators. Rude tenants, loud music, late night parties. Having no care for other tenants. SO DONT MAKE A MISTAKE AND MOVE IN FOE THE SPECIALS. The rent will increase and keep increasing.

      Thank you very much for your review. We typically do not have these types of complaints from residents. I'm sorry you experienced something quite different. Many of our residents have been with us for many years and seem quite content. Being so close to schools, shopping, and restaurants, it attracts a really great community of people who call this building home. Between our onsite personnel and manager the building is well taken care of.

    The management cheats you out of money, they don’t respond to maintenance issues, the managers are constantly changing, water is shut off every week, hallway floors are dirty, they let disruptive neighbors get away with everything … I can go on for days. So many tenants I speak with have the same issues too.

  • Just a Great Place to Live

    I love my apartment building. Not only are the varying apartment layouts roomy but there are lots of closets which makes my wife very happy. The Apartments are large, warm and filled with character. The Management Team is top notch and the tenants are all friendly. There is a pool, jacuzzi, gym and recreation center not to mention, there are washer/dryers in every unit. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk or ride your bike around. Freeway access is close. It's just a great place to live.

    The apartment complex is quiet and clean. My room has 3 closets! As a female, I am in heaven. Just the right amount of amenities with an amazing best friend/manager right down the hall. I have never had to wait for a maintenance request, or answer to a question or concern.
