    Poor managment

    Its fine. The worst issue is having one tiny dumpster for 24 apartments. Its always overflowing and disgusting. Rent is too high for the area should be lower. Neighbors and actual apartments' are fine. Main issue is "management"

    So they raise your rent often . Then after your lease if you move they keep your deposit with no reason. They also get bed bugs. I lost everything because of it.
