It is poorly ventilated. If you take a hot shower or turn on your stove the heat stays in your apartment for a long time. The air-conditioning barely works and it is a wall unit. It is also very loud so you can't enjoy relaxing and watching TV in your living room. The rooms do not cool off from the air-conditioning so you will just be sweating in your room if you try to relax there instead. The winters are not bad in the apartment there is heat in every room. However if it snows the plow trucks ...
block your cars into there spaces. The parking lot is more dangerous than the roads after a snow storm. The dog park is a joke. And the maintenance is a joke. I called them a few times and never got anything fixed. They complain about their tenets and they don't want to actually fix anything. The laundromat in the apartments don't have a coin machine so good luck finding quarters when you need them, and the dryers don't dry. You have to put your clothes in twice and hope they are dried. Their are only 2 washers because one at least one is always broken. They wash okay, but you could do a better job in the bath tube. I highly suggest to not move here. I can't wait to move out of here

I am sorry for your complaints. We are under new maintenance and they are very quick to respond. If you are having problems with air conditioner or heating please let us know. We don't have tenants complaining often. Sounds like you are displeased with everything. Please contact office so we can discuss.

The office lady is never there, and never returns calls. When moving in, I was told that they offered 24 hour maintenance but they never answer the phone. The first day I moved in my toilet started leaking and spraying everywhere and they didn’t come until the next day. Now, I have been calling for 5 hours and I just finally got an answer from the “24/7 maintenance” telling me that my AC cannot be fixed until Monday and to “open the windows and turn the fans on” when it is 90 degrees and I have a ...
