Inattentive, rundown
September 22, 2015The price on these apartments are low, and with good reason. The landlord lives in another state, so he is very inattentive. He doesn't have a manager or anyone in state to help make sure the apartments are well taken care of. The building is falling apart. Plumbing is bad. Have the electrical sockets are bad. The one positive would be the on site laundry, but unfortunately, the machines are constantly broken. I would not recommend anyone live here and am glad to be rid of it.Review from Apartments.com
