Area ok. Close to everything. It's an apt so you gone hear other people when they loud but not often. New management during stay they were quick to respond. Parking should be free. Lot is raggity. Street parking is awful. Heat included is a plus! On site laundry, expensive. Storage in basement. It's decent

Please please please run for the hills. If it seems to good to be true that's cause it is. This place has rampant bed bugs. And 6 months later it's still not under control. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Noisy Inconsiderate Neighbors around us.

When we moved back here the first night the chick upstairs was having a party at the same time the chick next door was having a party. We didn't complain because it was our first weekend living back here. But I say about a few months later the tenant next door started slamming her door while going in and out her apartment and the tenant upstairs started stomping over our heads. Been here almost a year and my husband talked to the tenant next door once about her slamming her door and I talked ...
to the tenant upstairs twice about her stomping over our heads. I have to admit the tenant next door haven't been slamming her door as much....every now and then she does it but I think it's because she forgets. But the tenant upstairs still stomps and now is dragging furniture back and forth across her floor and one night she was hammering waking me up out my sleep. Other then that, it's not as bad...just that you do have some inconsideration going on with some people...but that's us. Everyone else may not be experiencing this.

We LOVED the apartments and the staff! This is a place where I would feel comfortable living, but most of all I would feel comfortable with my daughter living there on her own. I believe the staff would look out for her.
