home sweet home, small but comfortable

have lived here for about 17 years and consider this to be home. it's in a quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. it's an older building but kept up very well. there are no amenities except for laundry rooms on the complex. the common areas and landscaping are kept up nicely and the tenants who live there are wonderful with a sense of community. it is very close and in walking distance to downtown, transit center, hospital and an array of restaurants, very convenient location. I guess that's why ...
