Love my view
September 18, 2015I like to start off and say I have a balcony and you look and see Lake Michigan very pretty view . Secondly we have parking garage under our building and also have Landry room . The inside our apartment have two bathrooms ,our rooms are very spacious and we also can have pets . I just love my apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Lake view apartment in Evanston
August 15, 2015I've lived in this apartment over six years now and it's mainly due to the view of Lake Michigan out my front windows. This building is literally steps to the beach (it's across the street) and each unit has some sort of view of the lake. I happen to live in one of the front units which has an amazing view. The rest of the apartment is well sized for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The bedrooms are large, especially by Chicago standards. One bedroom has a king size bed with no problem (and that's the small ...room) while the master bedroom has a queen (could fit a king easily), two desks, a dresser and around five book shelves. Oh - and a comfy chair. Each apartment also has a fairly large balcony that easily fits a table and chairs - each also with a view of the lake. The building itself is a bit run down in the hallways and a bit dated however the building was recently sold so maybe the new owners will spruce things up a bit. But it's really nothing horrible. There are washer and dryers (five of each) on the main floor. None of the units (that I know of) have in unit laundry. Parking is relatively easy out front but the building does offer garage parking and lot parking for an additional cost.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
