can’t adjust your home temperature! The heaters have a central thermostat making them get off and on automatically. You will freeze when it’s cold outside and you will melt when it’s sunny! In warm sunny days, my heater is on and I don’t have control over it. So the temperature at my unit goes over 80!!! I have asked them several times but they did nothing that solves this issue. Last month, I got a bill of $100 for gas while there are Only 3 units are occupied in the whole building! they have kicked every one out so that they can double their rent! We are actually paying the gas that warms all the empty units!! I am the only person living here so I didn’t use the dishwasher at all. I wanted to use it the other day, but when I opened it, it was full of smelly water! I am not gonna even file it on my account in their website because I have done this for several other issues but they didn’t fix them! I’M SURE they won’t fix it!! They won’t even know how to fix it ? The back yard is super dirty! Garbages are all scattered around the trash area. They empty it once in a blue moon although they charge us for it every month! The houses are super old! They have just paint the walls and changed the carpet and double the rents only because of that! It’s very smoky inside the whole building! People in other units smoke and, for some reason, my unit gets smoky! Windows are so old and they are not energy efficient. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can get out of this hell!
