This apartment complex had its problems two years ago. There were ongoing issues with graffiti and vandalism as well as several local gangmembers had made the complex their home.
Several thefts and attempted break-ins had occurred.
The owner cleaned up the complex, finally.
I am glad for one as no one likes to live next to blight. Rent in Los Angeles County is expensive enough.
Seriously, you work full time and don't have time to come home to other peoples' drama. The on site laundry and ...
parking is convenient but there is usually no parking on the street so visitors are discouraged.

I been living here for about a year now. It is great for small family's. Its decent n big. Wooden floors are a plus for me.
My boyfriend and I are expecting our first child due in October.
Excited to raise our daughter in a cozy apartment.
