The many parks and rec options include the Brenda Villa Aquatic Center, sports such as football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and soccer, and much more. If nothing else, it’s always lovely to stroll down the city’s tree-lined boulevards.

From the FoodieLand Night Market in June at the Rose Bowl Stadium (all you could ever want to eat, and more) to the OG San Diego Comic-Con, there’s unlimited activity to be found.

Where are the nearby vacation spots?

Those living in apartments in City of Commerce will be delighted to know that, first and foremost, Disneyland is a mere half-hour’s drive. Other nearby amusement parks include Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. If you’re more of an outdoors type, try Joshua Tree National Park (around 3 and a half hours away) or Channel Islands National Park (less than 2 hours, including a boat trip). The famous vacation destination Palm Springs is only 3 hour’s drive, while San Diego – with its perfect, breezy weather and countless eateries – is also around 3 hours away by car.

Those looking for City of Commerce apartments will find no lack of options when it comes to cute, affordable, and walkable neighborhoods. Bandini, for instance, has lots of small apartments with lower rents than many places in the city – or the rest of California, for that matter.
