Other nearby amusement parks include Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. If you’re more of an outdoors type, try Joshua Tree National Park (around 3 and a half hours away) or Channel Islands National Park (less than 2 hours, including a boat trip). The famous vacation destination Palm Springs is only 3 hour’s drive, while San Diego – with its perfect, breezy weather and countless eateries – is also around 3 hours away by car.
