Well it certainly isn't the worst place ever...
July 21, 2015You get what you pay for basically. It's not a bad looking place. I dig the stainless steel appliances and dark wood flooring. Plus it's close to everything; dining, Hollywood strip, 101, grocery stores. I got a $200 portable AC that keeps the whole place cool and parking isn't terrible if you don't mind walking a block or two on occasion. What I don't like are the roaches. Not a day goes by that I don't have to kill at least two roaches and I'm insanely clean. Neighbors are iffy. They let their ...kids run wild up and down the hallways and I'm pretty sure they have an in-home bowling league in the apartment above me. The water seems to randomly shut off. Maybe some sort of shared system, as my shower never seems to work whenever the person above me is showering...which yes I can totally here because the floors and walls are crazy thin. I gotta say, the landlord Joey is amazing though. He really does his best to address any concerns and makes himself available at all times of day. The place would be a lot worse off if not for him. If not for the bug problem, I'd stay in this place just because of that guy. So yeah, if you're tight on money and need a walkable, commutable place then go for it. But if you're sensitive to bugs and noisy neighbors then I'd advise against it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
