It is not well kept. The trash area is unbelievable. There are huge rat holes riddled allover the place. If you like listening to other people move around in their apt this is the place for you.

I've live here a little over a year now. Since then I've had no problems with the management team. Their communication and response to apartment maintenance, even minor ones, are top notch.
