I truly love the experience. Marie and Adrian, in particular, are outstanding—I cannot speak highly enough about them. I like living here. The location is great! This community is located on a quiet street with a small neighborhood feel to it, while being right in the middle of everything. The property is well maintained. The management team are friendly, helpful and recognize you and say hello when out in the neighborhood. The people who live around me are nice.

The staff and surrounding community are amazing. You’re close to the heart of downtown but still have the quietness of peace. I would NOT recommend moving into this property. You will only be shown the nicer areas of the building. The maintenance staff will not clean your apartment before you move in and there will be issues that they don’t ACTUALLY resolve. The location is convenient and the views are amazing but it is not worth the stress and frustration that comes with living at this property.

Adrian Ruiz is always helpful with answers to any of my questions and he also gives great recommendations for places to try and events going on nearby! Melissa makes paperwork and renewing a breeze.
