Terrible new management
May 20, 2022This place has taken over and are rude, and don't respond to critical problems or even emails. They are hiking the rent up and the place is deplorable. Nothing works right, is not repaired right and is crawling with ants and the windows are super thin and break all the time. The heat and air cannot keep up and the utility bills are high. Laundry rooms are filthy and don't work and are flooded. Good reviews on here are from 2018 when this new company was not even here and they are terrible. The ...grounds are always filthy and homeless people are allowed to come and go in many of the apartments. I have never seen such filth and poor and rude management. Can't wait until my lease is up. Don't Move Here
December 20, 2018I have never in my life dealt with an apartment manager so rude until I met Priscilla. She thinks she runs everything. The apartment was given to me and not made ready. It has a flea and bed bug infestation. I got confirmation from the check list in the mail from when the last tenant stayed. The gate on the patio is not secure if you have children which sets by a Lake. I contacted corporate, they never call you back should you have to go over Priscilla's head. She also believes in putting you on ...display in front of other tenants when trying to talk with her about your maintenance request or rent. March 23, 2018I love this place so much!!! Only been here since the 10th and the office lady Cynthia is absolutely Amazing! She is constantly on the ball and always there when people need her. Maintenance is very fast and friendly if there is a problem they are there to fix it within 10-20 minutes. Way better than my old apartment!Review from Apartments.com

November 30, 2016I have been a resident at Chandelaque Apartments for about two years now. The property is quiet, and I don't have issues. My neighbors are friendly and I've enjoyed getting to know them. I love that I'm close to everything, so I don't have to travel far for groceries, food, etc. The apartments are older, but I get compliments on how cute my unit is on the inside all the time! New management
September 17, 2015I moved into this complex about 3 years ago. The apartment itself was fine, except that my dishwasher was broken. The staff was a completely different story. The property manager was rude and extremely unfriendly, and the maintenance didn't have a clue. I waited 7 months for a new dishwasher, which I still didn't have when the new management took over about 2 years ago. They wasted no time. Within a week, I had my dishwasher fixed. They also went through all the apartments and replaced ...showerheards and toilets, outlets, and faucets. The staff is knowledgable, and the maintenance is prompt.
