Amazing property manager and location
July 23, 2020Walnut Capital always responds to my service requests the same day I submit them. They're always extremely professional and kind despite being a larger company (for example, my rent auto-payment didn't go through, and they politely emailed me a reminder instead of immediately charging a late fee). This building is right next to a small park with tennis courts, and is only a block away from bus lines to Oakland, Downtown, Shadyside, etc -- not to mention the convenient shuttle service Walnut ...Capital provides. There's also a great bagel place right across the street, and Schenley Park is a 10 minute walk away. 5644 Hempstead was the perfect apartment for my time as a grad student in Pittsburgh.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
