Was great until new management took over.
June 10, 2018KCH Properties/Christine Hornik is the new landlady. She took over less than a month ago and has already made us miserable. We've always paid our rent on time, usually a couple weeks early, keep to ourselves, and haven't damaged our apartment. She has already let herself into our apartment with no advance notice when she thought nobody was here, just to measure the bathtub. I only knew she was in the house because I heard her snapping at my ADA-protected animal (I am disabled). Our previous ...landlady had approved her presence and we have paperwork for her. Prior to this incident, she had texted my boyfriend about renewing our lease; we have since been seeking more information about who we can report her to, and as of a couple days ago, she has changed her mind and decided not to renew our lease for "renovations". As far as we know, none of our neighbors are being "renovated". We suspect this is likely retaliatory, but we don't want to live under a landlord who shows such utter disrespect and disregard for tenant privacy to begin with.
