Dissapointing
May 10, 2021Pretty solid apartment for the cost in a great location. Older building that comes with the pros and cons. Exremely cold because of poor insulation, if you look towards the wood facing the street you can actually see under the wall and view the sidewalk but it has the charm of an older style apartment. Landlord is scummy. They will nickle and dime you and it takes forever for them to process any sort of requests for maintenance. It took 3 months to get a wasp nests removed from the entrance to ...the building. The washer and dryer they apartment provides doesn't actually work. There was a literal poop in the toilet when I moved in. Please make sure you move out on the last day of the month because even if you move out the next morning you will be hit with a $140 one day holdover fee. Very unacomodiating landlord, will nickle and dime, but the price point of the apartments may be worth it to you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
