We lived at APT. 1 for 10 years
April 27, 2020
I lived in this complex at Apt. 1 for a decade, recently we got new upstairs neighbors. They are a family of 6 living in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt, they also have 2 children whom they have zero control over. The apartment itself was great, besides the flooring, which cracks and squeaks with very step. What is failed to mention in that the building was made in 1960, when no insulation or soundproofing was required. Therefore the foot traffic upstairs was enough to drive me crazy, and eventually ...
move out. I have contacted the management to fix the problem, where no resolution was granted to us. I attempted to contact the city, but moved out before they can conduct in inspection. Please be advised the noise will be consistent, and continuous from 0400 to midnight. And any attempts to contact the management will not be successful nor respectful. The management here was a joke, they not not meet the minimum requirements of the standards and laws set into place, and be prepared to be ignored.
