Neglected Maintenance and Poor Management

Management ignored repeated maintenance requests, including a leaking ceiling, mildew, sewer roaches, and missing fire alarms. Parking issues were never resolved, and concerns about an aggressive dog were ignored. Overall, poor communication and unsafe living conditions.
