Water interior pipes are full of mold

I moved out a few months ago. The water in the pipes was moldy. I had to call the county health department and they said the outside water coming to the duplex was clean. The problem is the interior pipes. The only thing I could do was move out. The owner would not clean the pipe. There is a lot of dirt building up in the toilet tank too. It seems there is a crack in the pipes under the house and dirt got in. The dirt made the bacteria, algae and mold grow in the pipes. It’s gotten worse over ...
