The location is perfect - I am 5 minutes from Wegmans, a 10 minute drive to downtown, and right off the highway for easy travel access. I am an introverted person with an extroverts job and coming home after work is relaxing and peaceful. My apartment and home here is my sanctuary. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient. My AC stopped working on a very hot day last summer. It was Saturday and my AC was addressed and ...
fixxed in about 1 to 2 hours. The office management team is also responsive, kind, and ready to address your questions and apartment needs. This is a wonderful place to call home! Quiet and beautiful with quick access to downtown. What more could you ask for?

Based on the low level of cleanliness in my apartment upon move in, I would not recommend living here without a kind of thorough inspection that actually should not be necessary. The place “looked” clean but the granite counter tops have a busy pattern, which hid a fair amount of debris. After being here a few weeks, I kept smelling something musty or wet but it took some time to pinpoint the origin. Finally, I discovered the following: A load of thick, slimy, hanging sludge in the shower drain. ...
Really scary. Caked dust and a leaf between dishwasher and cabinets like something found in the crawl space of an abandoned house. Lots of dust and lint under washer and dryer. Sticky dust along the base boards. A bit of mold down the trim of the shower door. So far, not so good. It’s likely I’ll need to have a professional clean to create a comfortable atmosphere.

Only been here for a month so far but I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. It’s very dog friendly, (yet clean and well-cared for), great location, excellent and clean shared areas like gym and recreational area, and lastly the people have been very nice, quiet, and friendly. Very happy with my choice moving to 5th Street Apartments.

The area is pretty safe and quiet. Maintenance is helpful sometimes. I've tried to get my sink fixed multiple times and it's still broken. Breezeways are also kind of dirty. My favorite aspect is how pet-friendly it is. There is a dog park/area that is always a joy to watch from my apartment.
