October 27, 2024Only been here for a month so far but I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. It’s very dog friendly, (yet clean and well-cared for), great location, excellent and clean shared areas like gym and recreational area, and lastly the people have been very nice, quiet, and friendly. October 10, 2024The area is pretty safe and quiet. Maintenance is helpful sometimes. I've tried to get my sink fixed multiple times and it's still broken. Breezeways are also kind of dirty. My favorite aspect is how pet-friendly it is. There is a dog park/area that is always a joy to watch from my apartment.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2024I’ve been living here going on three years, and I have to say that the entire office team has been amazing. Whether it’s Tim or Jason taking care of a maintenance request in a quick and timely manner, to Josh’s patience, and Amy’s amazing personality, it’s hard to not love it here. For my experience, noise has never been an issue, neighbors are nice, and the clubhouse is great. I love calling Fifth Street Place Apartments homeProperty Manager Responded

August 22, 2024Very nice and comfortable apartments. Nice sized rooms, closets and balcony. Plenty of amenities including trash pick up five times a week. Very responsive staff. Some buildings have elevators. Others do not. Ample parking.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2024I’ve been living here for 13 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartment community is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping, plenty of green space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to address any concerns. The amenities, like the fitness center, dog park, fenced in playground and salt water pool, are top-notch and well-kept. There is plenty of parking. Plus, the location is ultra convenient to I-64, with easy quick access to shopping at 5th Street ...Station and public transportation with a short walk to bus stop. The only thing I hope they add in the future is a designated package room where couriers can drop off packages 24/7 and residents can pick them up 24/7. August 13, 2024BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Amenitities are great especially with the newest addition of charcoal grills which my boyfriend and I use on a weekly basis now. The pool is rarely crowded and the gym is so close for low motivation days. I love the privacy but also the friendliness of neighbors if engaged. Close to everything!Property Manager Responded
