All units are recently remodeled but have kept their vintage charm with hardwood floors, built in original kitchen cabinetry, large unique windows, vintage lighting and ceiling fans. Outside has a new roof, windows and exterior paint. Owner is local and responsive to tenant needs. Our building has 5 units total. The unit currently available is a spacious 1st Floor unit with a large kitchen and living room. A parking space is available right outside the unit door. Both the living room and bedroom have walk in closet/storage spaces. The building has shared laundry downstairs free of charge. There is also building WIFI free of charge.
