Outside has a new roof, windows and exterior paint. Owner is local and responsive to tenant needs. Our building has 5 units total. The unit currently available is a spacious 2ND Floor unit with a large kitchen, a patio deck, two separate bedrooms with closets, and one full bathroom. Because of the set up of this unit there is no living room (although one of the bedrooms can be used as a living room). On-site parking is available for an additional fee. The building has shared laundry downstairs free of charge. There is also building WIFI free of charge. Tenant pays for electricity.
