  Available 2/10/2024 The condo is a split level 3 bedroom/2 bath and a person has the top floor room. The large room downstairs is occupied by another female tenant and the third room on the bottom floor will be unoccupied and available to rent. Both of the other tenants are laidback early 20s girls who work full time and are busy. One is also in school so the place is usually pretty quiet. You would also share the space with two dogs - Kiki, a lab mix, and Max, a little yorkie. The dogs are chill and exercised frequently. There’s a gate at the top of the stairs so dogs do not go downstairs at all. No other dogs or cats allowed (max 2 pets). The space: Location is 3222 w Berteau. Unit is a 3 bed/ 2 bath split level - super spacious and on a very quiet street with plenty of parking. Location is prime - close to hwy 90/94, Horner park and tons of stores/places to eat within walking distance. Shared space includes a in unit washer/dryer, living room and dining room (unfurnished at the moment so you can bring furniture if you want). The kitchen is fairly stocked with items that can be shared (ie plates, pots, pans) but plenty of cabinet space left for anything you want to bring. There’s a private outdoor balcony perfect for summer nights and grills are allowed. The room downstairs is spacious. The person in this room would share the upstairs bathroom. Other bathroom is in the large room and private for 3rd person. There are multiple entrances to unit and a private mail room that are locked at all times. Very safe. Neighbors are all really nice - most are families or couples with dogs, and a few are student occupied since there’s a few schools nearby. Rent would $975 per month plus 3 split internet and utilities (typically less than $80 a month per person). Move in fees include a $250 fee to the condo association for new tenant set up and a non-refundable $500 move in fee. There will be a credit check, background check, with a fee of $35 to cover the cost. Ideally would want someone to sign a 6 or 12 month lease.
