January 22, 2026Usually quiet and peaceful. We have issues with children being left unattended in the lobby and trashing it but no one seems to want to fix it. We also have no idea how to use the code box.Review from Apartments.com

October 8, 2025Great place to live! Just wish the rents weren't so high! Also, it would be nice if the gym had more equipment. The maintenance of the equipment on the oldstone side doesn't seem to be a priority. Some of the machines are not safe!.Review from Apartments.com

May 14, 2025I have lived year for almost two years, and i can confidently tell you that 60 West is one of the best communities I have ever lived in. While no community is perfect, the management here is quick to address any concerns and goes out of their way to take care of the residents living here. I can drive fifteen minutes and be in a park, or the city, or a shopping center: this is the epitome of convenient locations. The amenities and opportunities make the community great, but what truly makes ...living here so outstanding is the sense of friendliness you get from the tenants who live here. May 2, 2025Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here. The apartment itself is nice and well-maintained, and the girls in the office are always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with — definitely a highlight of the community. The only downside is the noise, as it’s located right next to the highway, which can be pretty loud at times. But if you’re not super sensitive to sound, it’s a solid place to live.Property Manager Responded
