HAZARDOUS. Renters beware!

Mold Mildew and Asbestos are inside of these apartments. These are verifiable facts. This is the slum of slums in Lake Charles. Electrical hazards. Roach and rat infestation.

We strive to make our apartments clean, maintenanced, and in the best condition possible when each tenant moves in. Our make ready process handles any and all maintenance issues before move in. We ask all tenants to report any issues that may arise after move in so that we can properly take care of their needs quickly. Pest control comes out on a monthly schedule. If you have any issues with pests, or any other issues, please call our office so that we can take care of it immediately.
