December 28, 2020So I was looking for a place to stay, first apartment. Destiny helped me the entire time and was super helpful, kind, informative, and responsive in a timely manner. The complex while it looks kinda old on the outside is quite nice on the inside. The neighbors are super nice and everything is so close by. I'm sorry if I spell your name wrong but Chavonne the manager is also amazing! Super kind and also equally helpful on my first visit to the complex. They're also being covid safe which is great ...as a high risk person myself. All around great. Also the price is very good for the size of apartmentsProperty Manager Responded

Management are liars
November 3, 2020Don’t believe the hype they tell you, if you pay a deposit you will never see it once you leave. The extra fees they add on to everything never has a explanation to why extra fees are added, they beg you to leave a good review when they should be working at making the community better instead of making their residents write a review of lies. I don’t recommend living here, you might as well live under a bridge. Roaches are terrible and they charge you for pest and you never get the pest treatment ...anyway.
