Highly Recommend Living at 601 West
September 24, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at 601 West! The apartments are spacious with lots of natural light, and my unit has a huge balcony that I love using to relax or entertain friends & family. The location is super convenient, and management has always been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed something. Maintenance is always on point! far from luxury
August 26, 2025Lived there a little over a year, the AC unit would break for months at a time and dealt with a leaky ceiling due to an AC unit falling over on the roof. Mold accumulated throughout the house as the windows do not open. Drawers would constantly break, dish disposal was damaged upon moving in. The mirrors in my unit were tarnished when I moved in but they call this place “Luxury living”. The management is awful besides the cleaner and the onsite emergency maintenance. Don’t miss a payment or the ...landlord will harass you in the halls about it! On top of all of this, the price is ridiculous for no amenities. This was the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. slowly getting more disappointed
December 3, 2021We moved into our 1 bed 1 bath apartment in September of 2020. Everything was great in the beginning but slowly seemed to get worse. We started to smell weed almost every time we opened our balcony door or went into the hallways, not to mention cigarette smoke when in the elevator and hallways when this is a smoke free building. People let their dogs pee in the lobby and don’t pick it up (I have left notes before and they have taken them down and left them on the floor). Simple things started to ...break such as drain plugs and faucets (weird for a newer building). We went without our dishwasher for over a month while waiting for maintenance to fix it. The underground parking is ridiculously expensive and they have only raised the price, not to mention they don’t have enough spots for every resident so when people park in the main parking lot emails go out saying we will be towed (which I think is ridiculous considering they can’t provide enough spots). No one is ever in the office to help. And when we renewed our lease they raised our rent $250. The whole things seems to be spiraling.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
If I could go back and do it all over again..
October 6, 2020Once had trash bins on each floor, then a new management co. took over and removed them. Luxury living that now requires residents to haul trash outside. The paid underground parking garage has cracks in the ceiling that allows rusty water to drip on cars. Parking is NOT included.Review from Apartments.com
