Nieman Apartments
August 17, 2015The apartments aren't the largest out there, but it is a nice quiet place to live. Low crime, close to several places to eat and grocery stores. Amenities include a small gym and an outdoor pool. You only pay for electricity as far as utilities go, and Google Fiber is available if you want it. The staff is very friendly, and what few issues I've had with my apartment were taken care of right away.Review from Apartments.com
High quality property with the greatest staff!
August 16, 2015Nieman Square Apartments is a small, professional community that has everything going for it. The apartments have just been recently remodeled with new siding and windows. Inside you can find stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. A washer/dryer in every unit, even the one bedrooms! The amenities are fantastic! The pool is always clean, the onsite gym is open 24/7 and maybe best of all, Google Fiber is a brand new option for TV and/or Internet. If all of that doesn't sound good ...enough for you, the staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered in any rental property. Dana and Scott are amazing and will make you feel like you've found a place you can stay for as long as you like. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and the whole package just can't be beat. Almost forgot ... the location is perfect with walk to shopping and dining, and extremely easy access to I-35 and I-435. Nice and comfortable- close to the city
August 9, 2015I moved here in July 2013. The apartment came with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and no charge for water or garbage removal. It's a small one bedroom one bath but all I need for a bachelor pad. Best of all the property managers are extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and make living here that much better. The apartment is within walking distance to a park with jogging trail, and only about 15 minutes commute to work. I recently renewed my lease for another year and am happy living here.Review from Apartments.com
