INFESTED AND IN DISREPAIR
July 26, 2021First of all there is a severe roach infestation. They are in the actual framing of the building and crawl all over the outside all the time when the weather is warm. They live in the wood, the outlets, the pipes, and even after treatment we weren’t able to get rid of them because the whole building is affected and they keep coming back. Further are multiple building issues, such as damaged window frames, no locks on windows, unresponsive maintenance, duct taped shut dryers, and more. They paint ...everything all the time to try and make things look clean and new but it just covers the actual problems instead of addressing them. If you life here you will just keep finding issues under innumerable layers of paint. This is the kind of apartment where every day you will encounter another problem. And the response will never treat your issues seriously. The fact that the building keeps renting out units despite activly having to treat for roaches says everything you need to know about the mindset of management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
