Can't beat the location and view!

This is by far the best place I've ever lived! Right downtown, can walk to everything. I don't even own a car anymore! The apartment is so cute, with built-ins, and rounded ceilings, and a window seat... I can see the ocean and channel islands from my living room... sometimes getting things fixed is a challenge, but I think it's worth it for the price and location.
