I love using the Fitness Center, to help me meet my healthy goals and using the beautiful Tea Room for our resident Book Club Meetings. The people, brunches, games and other activities bring the warmth. November 21, 2025The location of property is great and apt are very attractive. The sound proofing between floors is not sufficient. Noise is loud. Maintenence is good However planning of events and quality of food served is very poor. Excuse is need to cut back on budget. No one on staff available to answer phone quiet often. Most of staff lack of experience and training for job. Constant turn over in management team in last 2 years. Problem with patio drainage not fixed after 2 yrs reporting. Parking ...lots not organized or monitored adequately. Extra cars parked in lot, not enough handicapped parking spots and are used by non handicapped persons or family members use parking stickers even if not transporting the handicapped person. ..Property Manager Responded
