I currently reside in a fourplex apartment. My landlord lives in the building and she started out a very sweet 83 year old lady. Soon after me and my children moved in, her family warned me of her condition. She has dementia. I have been a very good tenant. Paid rent on time,I keep it clean, and I am grateful to be able to provide a nice home for my daughters who have been through a lot this year. (I am currently separated from their mother.) Soon after I was told about her condition she ...
started displaying signs of aggression. She got worse when her granddaughter moved out. I am being harassed daily and I am afraid to let my children outside when she is home. She gas entered my apartment and stolen my property when I was at work. She has cut my phone lines and DSL multiple times. Costing me hundreds of dollars for repair. I am just trying to live in peace and give my children a good life. Please help me to be able to move! Thanks so much for your consideration.
