Overall good experience
April 18, 2017I've lived here for almost two years now and overall have had a good experience compared to most people I know in the area. In the time I've lived here I've had my fridge, disposal, oven, and AC go out at different times but maintenance has been by within 24 hours every time and had it fixed within 48 I think. It's an older place so the floors are creaky and it shows age here and there but overall is kept up fine. The area is very safe, I haven't had any problems parking on the street other than ...inconvenience. Note not all the apartments are given spaces in the garage, only some. The few interactions I've had with management have been pleasant. Rent creeps up around $50 a year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
