Be prepared to NEVER get ahold of anyone at this management company. The building was recently bought out by Hela, and they have been horrible. They literally raised our rent 500 bucks and then when they couldn't fill any of the apartments after, tried to re-negotiate with us after we had already signed a lease elsewhere. Our ceiling in this property leaked for 2 years and they "fixed" it multiple times, to no avail. They honestly don't care about residents and there is ONE washer and dryer that ...

doesn't even work half the time. Just don't bother.

Situated on the outskirts of Art Centre, this historic brick building lets you live in a nice neighbourhood without the extravagant price. A three bedroom cozy little hole in the wall. The place is small but feels big with a long hallway and a large combo kitchen/ living room area in the front. Plenty of trees out front to keep the building in the shade. The kitchen however, could be a little bigger.
