You do not want to be stuck in an apartment for a year where there is no real maintenance on call. The heat barley works, either it's off or on blast. Also I've been asking for a simple request of screen doors to be put in my window so I can open the windows without bugs entering my apartment. I guess that was asking for too much because I have three months left and still can't open my windows:(
