This two bedroom, two bath apartment is a cost effective option for 3 or 4 people to live in. The large balcony faces east providing a lot of sunlight in the morning but a great shaded view the rest of the afternoon and evening. The natural light keeps the apartment alive without the need to have lights on. There is a lot of street noise from Willoughby throughout the day including the blind corner at Willoughby and Hudson. In the few months I've been living here, there have been a few accidents ...
at the corner. Two open parking spaces for this apartment with street parking almost always available. Multiple, little fixes were needed (minor leak in kitchen sink, fan for oven not working) after initially moving in but everything was taken care of quickly by the landlord.
