Do NOT waste your money or your health on this place its been owned and bought out by so many owners the management is very very sad. Break ins, doors slam constantly, washer and dryer never emptied and always full of change, mold, rodents, roaches, water damage, bad parking. This place is just unsafe its places like this that's turning sayler park into a dump.

This place is a great place to live tenants are treated with respect and manager always is willing to work with u if u need help instead of treating you like garbage. Jonathan goes above and beyond to make sure whatever u need done gets done. They also take time out and talk to u and ur family and are always willing to stop people that they don’t know to protect there residents. I will continue to rent from them any day

OMG!!Where to start? Management sucks, the main manager Dayna is horrid always peeking in units without notice, then lies about it. There is black mold in the walls, making people sick. Rather than fixing it, they paint the walls dark so it is harder to see. I have witness her threatening tenants with violence. There have been many drug ODs and prostitution in and around both of the buildings they manage. Bugs in the walls they refuse to spray for. Video cameras are fake, Do not go away on ...

My family couldn't move out of here fast enough.The building and management have way too many problems to list. However the management was the worst. They have no ppl skills and treat ppl like trash, she is very loud,rude and threats of going violent on ppl was way too much. I tried contacting the owner, but sadly that made things much worse. There is a reason Cincy Properties fired these ppl, for the life of cannot understand why Cline hired them and keeps them, knowing all the problems. Just ...

The owner of this property lives out of state, and does not seem to care his manager is crazy. She threatens tenants with physical violence. They never really fix anything, until it's almost dangerous, but then Jonathan head maintenance will cus you out , treating you like your bothering him. This is NOT a smoke free zone, or a safe environment. As long as Cline owns and manages this area

I just moved from this place. It was nasty. All the "fixes" are just cosmetic. Management refuses to spray, saying she needs to talk to the owner. I can't count the number of od's in this building along with the other they own/manage. Maintenance carries a gun stuffed in his pants, manager Dayna threatens to go "ghetto" on people. Do yourself a favor by pass this place and go somewhere else.

This place has a history of drug overdoses. Things with management are not right, tell you to pay in cash, but won't give receipts.Rent is based on what Dana decides at that time. Apartments have been broke into. Police say it has to be someone with a key. Maintenance is horrible instead of fixing mold, it gets painted over. Also enters apartments without notice Security cameras are just for show. Manager is very rude.
