The interior of the building is well kept and well lit, and the apartment interior is even better! Brand new carpet was put in just before I moved in and all of the small details of the apartment such as the shower head, the faucet knobs, the lighting, and the storage space are amazingly done. neighborhood is surprisingly safe and this apartment building has great security features such as locks on all exterior doors and removable metal bars to secure sliding glass doors even on top of the locks already on them. The location is wonderful for people who don't want to live in the city but want easy and quick access to everything the city has to offer as well as shops and restaurants of every sort. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive, making nights out much easier to plan without a lot of travel time. This building is an absolute gem and is perfect for those looking for an affordable apartment in a great location.
