These apartments are within walking distance of many local amenities the growing town of Morrisville has to offer. Just 15 minutes to Stowe, 30 minutes to I89 in Waterbury, 40 minutes to Montpelier, 60 minutes to Burlington, and 45 minutes to Jay Peak. Tenants to pay for electric, cable and internet. Water, sewer, heat, trash, and snow removal will be included. Each unit has been equipped with brand new appliances, flooring, large closets, and windows that let in lots of natural light. Each unit is climate controlled. Tenants will have access to a common area, laundry, an onsite 5x10 storage unit, as well as 2 parking spots per unit. Requirements include a background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment. A credit score of at least a 600 or a co-signer. Rental history and references or a co-signer. 30% of combined gross income must be equal to monthly rent at minimum. First, Last and Security deposit equal to one month rent is due at lease signing.
