Great location and value

This apartment building has an excellent location- right off the freeway, one block from stores, and five minutes from Old Town Pasadena. The building and grounds are well maintained and we feel safe with the gated courtyard entry. The street is nice and quiet and lined with trees. The property manager is very responsive and kind, and the neighbors are friendly. One thing these apartments have that is rare to find- a washer/dryer in every unit! I can't tell you how convenient that is. The units ...

are all spacious two bedrooms with surprisingly large patios/balconies. I also love that there is no carpet- a godsend if you have dust allergies like me. My only complaints would be that the walls are all painted in different shades of neutral colors- I don't really like the two green walls in the living room- and that the living room and bedrooms don't have any wall or ceiling lights. If you come home at night, you have to stumble around to find a lamp instead of just turning on a switch. Minor complaints aside, we are very happy to be living here and plan to do so for a long time.
