Beautiful Building on Ridge!
September 19, 2022I’ve been living at 6615 Ridge Ave for a few years now and couldn’t love it more! The apartment is beautiful- particularly the kitchen that has a great island and abundant cabinet space; the amenities are top-notch, and the management company has been so helpful and quick to provide maintenance whenever I’ve reached out. I can pay my rent and submit maintenance requests online which is extremely helpful as I travel quite a bit.Review from Apartments.com

Great apartment and excellent management
October 6, 2020I can’t recommend this building enough! If I wasn’t moving to a different state for work, I definitely would have renewed my lease. The management team has been friendly and responsive- always quick to solve any issues I’ve had including a leaky sink that was fixed within hours of my first email. The apartment itself is great! Lots of windows and nice fixtures and within walking distance of Gorgas park. I wish I could have stayed another year!Review from Apartments.com

Would Not Recommend
August 18, 2020The walls are ridiculously thin. My neighbor above me footsteps comes through so loud that it shakes the things on my tall dresser. Living here has been a nightmare. I absolutely hate it. Literally my first night living here I had to knock on my neighbors door to alert them about how loud they were. It’s just a mess. Happily renewed for year 2!
September 2, 2020We've just renewed our lease for a 2nd year and would have done so regardless of the current Covid situation. Our experience from our initial tour to application, then move in and year 1 have all been positive. The property manager was helpful and informative showing us 2 different style units that were available at the time. We checked out a dozen other places but quickly returned to this one and applied that evening. The application process was simple and easy and after approval mamagement ...was easy to work with as we coordinated our move in. Once we were in the unit we experienced a couple minor repair issues (we were the 1st to occupy this specific unit so I wasn't put off by this)... Maintenance responded quickly and addressed things promptly. There are a few cons, but they did not stop us from renewing... the biggest issue for us is that there is no parking on site for this building... the other building on this property has parking and the new units being built appear to be getting parking... would be nice if they can incorporate parking for 6615 as well. Also there are limited amenities (although an exercise room and dog park are rumored to be on the way). Overall it is a good place to live, where neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. If it had parking or if the other amenities get added I would add the 5th star!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible
August 8, 2020Place is bug infested, walls are too thin. Parking is horrible no matter what time of day it is. Neighbors are horrible. They leave trash in halls and landlord does nothing, she’s lazy and not helpful at all. Please look elsewhere and do not lease with MGMT all of their locations suck and floor plans are so small for the money. You can find way better places in this area for the same price! NEVER Rent Here
August 5, 2020I will admit, the space is nice, but it simply cannot make up for how poor the management is here. The building owner is incredibly incompetent and rude. If you have any maintenance issues, expect them to take over a week to fix it. I'm not talking about minor issues, I am currently living with a 3 ft hole in my ceiling for the 2nd time in 4 weeks due to water damage that management claims "is very common, and happens all the time". Save yourself the headache and find a building that has ...competent staff, I would absolutely never suggest this apartment building to anyone I know.Property Manager Responded
August 22, 2020We are very sorry to hear your experience with our management team did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves on our tenant responsiveness. A team member was dispatched to your apartment within one hour of the leak being brought to our attention. A hole was cut in the ceiling to troubleshoot the source of the leak and stop further water penetration that day. The management team sent a roofing engineer the next day to assess the source of the leak due to Tropical Storm ISAIAS . Following the assessment, we repaired the leak and performed a water test to ensure this leak would not return. It is important that we follow all of the appropriate protocols to thoroughly address any maintenance item. We hope you do not experience a maintenance issue again, but should the need arise, we will continue to provide quick and professional service that we hope meets or exceeds your expectations.
