Neighbors are loud and disgusting. Apartment build is roach infested. Landlord claims to exterminate but I don't notice the difference. The emergency maintenance guy is rude and gets an attitude if call him after hours. The only thing nice about this place is Brenda the leasing agent. She's friendly and helpful.
