Tenant(s) pays monthly for power. First year of the lease is a 12-month agreement. Then, the option thereafter for a month-to-month agreement in June/July 2026 may take place, pending the condition of the agreement (tenant evaluation of payment and maintenance history) and by which time rental adjustments may also then take place.
