October 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThere have been several burglary incidents at night, especially on weekends. No security personnel or towing company came to check. Many strangers have been coming around, hitting the gate and the gym door, and causing disturbances at the swimming pool.

We just got a new Management team and they are more worried about redoing the place rather than assisting their tenants. I have been locked out on my balcony several times and no one would answer the phone in the office. The apartment is constantly falling apart. DO NOT DO IT!!

June 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived and am still currently living in these apartments, and would like to warn others not to make the same mistakes. I moved here from out of state and after speaking with staff on the phone and a friend touring the property thought this would be the best option. It turned out to be my biggest mistake and is now the reason I would like to move out of this city altogether. This property is run down with poor updates that break often. With cracked walls, doors, and cabinets - the only thing ...modern about the apartments are the refrigerators. The low pricing is also reflected in the poor amenities and property management. Most buildings (from talking to neighbors) have roach problems and pest control does little to nothing to resolve so you would have to take matters into your own hands. The gate is constantly broken, security is lackluster and the visitors policy is the worst of them all. Also, anytime I have problems it takes me causing a scene to get them properly resolved which should not be the case. Therefore I suggest for safety, sanity and worthy living conditions - choose a better option. May cost more but it’s worth it NOT to deal with this place.Read More

From the office staff and maintenance, to the amazing amenities, you simply can't beat the vibes of Park 610. Percy was the biggest blessing. My move from Atlanta was made easy because of his relentless smile and quick responses to everything I needed. Hands down the best apartment community I have lived at!

They only been here two months and we are getting a new paint job and new pool furniture. I'm excited for the new fitness center! You can tell they care about the community.

I hated living here for many reasons 1-no parking at night 2-WASPS IN THE FIREPLACE AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT - R A T S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3- terrible staff and the maintenance was terrible Its not worth the amount of money they are asking for. I was part time student with a full time job and a MOTHER when I lived there, the parking sucked, the neighbors were terrible. The neighbor I had was always smoking weed and the smell came ...through the walls. No one came for the rat issue and they acted like wasps werent a big deal and they didnt do anything for that either. Mind you I lived on the THIRD flood with all of these issues.Read More
