The swimming pool is perpetually out of order. While the initial tour was impressive, the subsequent sale to a new company has led to disappointment. I'm eagerly anticipating my departure from this residence.

Her professionalism, knowledge of the facilities, and cheerful pleasant attitude made the difference for me in selecting this property over others that I was considering. She addressed questions and concerns over the weekend and made for a quick, ...seamless, and painless leasing process.
