Living in these apartments has become horrible and unbearable. If you need peace and a safe place to live, these apartments are not for you.
The peace and quiet here is regularly disturbed by residents, especially in the pool area, which makes it impossible to sleep peacefully even with the windows closed. And this is despite the fact that the doors to the pool area are supposedly locked after 10 PM and there is supposedly a security guard.
The apartment managers ignore any complaints and ...
emails and do absolutely nothing about it.
Moreover, if you are unlucky like we are with our neighbors, and they throw all-night parties with loud music, screaming, and other disorderly behavior, such as trying to enter someone else’s apartment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you should know that the apartment managers will not help you with this either, except for making empty promises that they will talk to them.
In other words, you will simply be left alone with your problem, and the only solution for you will be to look for a new place to live.
And all of this is happening while the complex positions itself as a premium property.
I absolutely do not recommend this apartment complex!
But if you plan to systematically violate the community rules, then this place will definitely be perfect for you!
