We just moved in a couple of months ago, rooms are spacious, very clean and management has been very hands on. This is very affordable for the space that we have.

Upstairs neighbors had black mold that moved down to out unit because the landlords never addressed it. Doors have gaps, history and recurrent cockroaches. New owners are awful and mean for no reason, maintenance has no idea what they’re doing and could even fix a toilet leak. We moved out recently and still have friends there that have said it’s only getting worse.
